374 contractors bidding 1438 public works projects

PavingNet.com is a dynamic website application used by hundreds of contractors bidding thousands of public works projects to gain bid-price advantage and/or meet DVBE, SBE, and DBE participation goals.
Bid-price advantage is complicated and therefore few contractors optimize their chances to be the low bidder. PavingNet.com makes it easy for YOU.
Example: You bid a project for $1,000,000 and include Paving Net's bid-price advantage documents in your bid proposal. Another contractor bids $900,001. Apparent low bid wins... WRONG! Your bid wins because you have optimized your bid with a Paving Net 10% bid-price advantage of $100,000 ($50,000 SBE and $50,000 DVBE). Your bid is evaluated at $900,000. You win.
What now?
1. Register and Login. Bookmark and save your PN Login and Password.
2. Each time you bid a project, login and hit the button.
3. Print PN custom bid-price advantage documents for your bid package.
Obligations?
The documents are free, but when you win projects you have promised your bid's agency/owner that construction supply will be purchased through Paving Net Contractor & Supply. Once again, the website makes purchasing easy.
Costs?
Membership is free.
There are no mark-ups on vendor construction supply prices or price quotes.
Paving Net charges a small transaction fee.
The fee is minor when compared to the bid price advantage benefit.
